The Globe 30 qt Floor Mixers are made with a powerful custom motor that has thermal overload protection and a gear-driven, high-torque transmission for a longer life.

It has 3 fixed speeds and features heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts. The mixer can be operated with the front-mounted touch pad control that has a 60-minute digital timer and last batch recall. Last batch recall saves time because when set, the mixer will automatically use the previous mixing settings.

Floor mixer is constricted with a rigid cast iron body and includes a removable stainless steel interlocking bowl guard with a built-in fully welded ingredient chute as well as an interlocking bowl lift.

Includes a 30 qt stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum spiral dough hook and non-slip rubber feet.
