With over 70 years of experience, Russell Hendrix is the Leader in the commercial Food equipment industry. We are service focused Foodies who value integrity, team work, resourcefulness and fairness. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Edmonton.

Russell Hendrix’ Territory Sales Representative’s goal is to effectively manage a designated territory (as determined by the Employer and subject to change from time to time) and increase sales and profit in their territory while providing superior customer service to their customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition, and conduct cold-calls for potential leads
  • Building a loyal customer base; be their first call for all their food service equipment needs
  • Using your superior product knowledge to provide customers solutions that will help their business thrive
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets set forward and tracking your steps along the way
  • Using our internal systems to enter orders, create quotes, follow-up on orders and track shipments
  • Assist the finance department in keeping all accounts within the territory in good standing
  • University degree or college diploma, preferably in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, hospitality, etc.)
  • Must have previous sales experience (2 or more years) in a similar industry, with proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated professionalism
  • An optimistic attitude with the ability to stay positive in difficult situations
  • Superior communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
Work environment
  • Regular travel within designated territory is required
  • Work environment will be a combination of customer sites, personal vehicle and office
  • A reliable personal vehicle is required
  • Outside Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Food Equipment Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
