The information regarding COVID19 continues to change daily, this communication provides an update regarding our operational status.
Amid widespread social and economic uncertainty driven by the global health crisis, the food service industry is facing unprecedented challenges, and Russell Hendrix continues to assess the impact that the Coronavirus has had on our Company and our industry. In a few short months, we have transitioned from a strong industry to one experiencing significant reductions in all food service operations and in many cases total shutdown of businesses.
Unfortunately, the uncertainty of the lasting social and economic impact continues for all food service operators and for all equipment and supplies providers, like Russell Hendrix. Given the current environment and the expectation for a slow recovery we must continue to closely monitor our operations and adjust them accordingly.
For our valued customers in these markets, we are forever grateful and recognize your commitment, support and dedication in the creation and success of Russell, Hendrix, and the combined Russell Hendrix in these regions, and you can remain confident that your RH Sales and Parts+Service teams will continue to support you and your business. In just weeks, we have transitioned from a strong industry to one experiencing significant reductions in all food service operations and in many cases total shutdown of businesses. As organizations like Russell Hendrix take actions to slow the spread of COVID19 and provincial governments mandate restrictions on business operations and outright business closures, our team members, customers and communities are being gravely impacted. Unfortunately, these changes continue to evolve by the hour and as they become more widespread, the social and economic uncertainty increases for all food service operators and for all equipment and supplies providers, like Russell Hendrix.
During these difficult times, the health and safety of our team members, customers and suppliers remains our number one priority. Russell Hendrix has a long history of leading our industry and we will continue to do so as while we face this unique and serious challenge. We are with you and continue to stand with you and together we can get through these difficult times.
