Learn About Food Pan Transport Carriers

Designed for caterers and high-volume kitchens, food pan transport carriers deliver your food pans (also known as inserts, hotel pans or steam table pans) to off-site venues or out of the way in busy kitchens. They keep food hot or cold for hours.  

Either front-loading or top-loading carriers can hold multiple sizes of food pans. The number of pans the carrier can hold depends on the size of the carrier. Front-loading food pan carriers have shelves to slide pans in and out while top-loading food pan carriers stack covered food pans on top of each other. 

Either design can have handles and casters for better maneuverability. Latches help keep the carrier lid or door securely closed during transport to keep in the heat. Maintain cold temperatures using a Cambro Camchiller.
